I made this awhile back for my roomate's 21st B-Day. It was my second attempt at Fondant, and I was pleased. I used the recipe for marshmallow fondant that is abundant on the internet. The first tier is 2 layers of french vanilla cake with buttercream. The second two tiers are single layers of strawberry cake with chocolate frosting. I covered all three layers with hot pink fondant. i cut out a city scape with black fondant. I used a simple syrup to attach the fondants, this might not be necessary though. I added the details with white buttercream. On top there is a clear mini-martini glass with "21" on the inside. Not the greatest pictures, but i tried.
