Hi!  This is my first posted project!

This is my bunny pin cusion!  I made it out of fleece. I think fleece is heavenly to work with so that's why I chose it.  Im not sure how the colors are coming out on your computer but it is light pink, with rose pink plaid ears and nose.

Hope you like!

Thank You! It was actually fairly easy. The hard part was the stuffing.  I didn't have any polyester fill on hand so I used scraps of fleece.  I discovererd that if you make little 1/2 inch strips, you can pull the ends and they become very fluffy. You have to cut them "against the grain" of the stretchiness to do this.

All the bunny is, is a square. I just paired up two corners and started sewing!

Your bunny is so sweet!!! Did you hand sew or machine? Those ears are great.  Love the fabric.

Thank You  Smiley  I hand sewed it. I never use a machine for anything. I think it is easier to just do it by hand as I can do tricky things easier. I would have never been able to do this with a sewing machine. I could see how a machine would be good for things like quilting, but anything that is not stright I just leave to my good ole hands.  Yes, even if it takes me WAY longer  Tongue

Oh I know. I just have to think of it as giving it acupuncture(sp?). That way I can look at it as "helping" the little one.  When I first made it I would place the pins in a manor that created wiskers so I would just view it as "part of it".  Smiley
