Thanks everyone. I would love to draw up a tute, but have no idea how because I used store bought (well, eBay bought) patterns. You could use a pattern like this one from Kwik Sew (http://www.kwiksew.com/Catalog/cat_detail.cfm?pid=3503&QL=MissSwimActiveWear) as a base The modesty panel is basically the front (without the bust) without the leg holes (I just cut mine straight across). Be sure to leave enough seam allowance on the bottom so you can add elastic. Then, just sew the side seams up like you normally would, with the modesty panel on top. Hope that helps!

When I saw this thumbnail at first I was like, whoa...that is one short dress! And then I clicked and found out it was a suit and I love love love it!!! I would totally wear that. Cute/sexy without being completely out there. Loves!
