A friend and I are doing doing a 'bag exchange' where we each make each other a bag and mail them off.  I tried to make her's big enough to suit a laptop, but I didn't make a big enough seam allowance - woops!  I wanted to make the bag extra sturdy to hold a weighty laptop, so I used a french seam for the bottom of the bag... only now the bag isn't even big enough to fit a laptop.  Irony! 







It's about 98% finished.  I was too excited to take pictures to cut off the loose threads  Cheesy 

There is a pocket in the front, though it looks almost invisible.

The fabric is so cute!  I'm sure she'll love it, even though her laptop doesn't fit Smiley

(BTW, I totally know what it's like to miscalculate measurements :p)
