I remember making these in school too! It would look so great with funky origami paper.

I did this. Thanks for the idea. I saw this thread and put it in the back of my mind and then I got a copy of that Nicole Crafts magazine (it's only a dollar... how could I resist?), and they had the same thing! I used their pattern and made two as valentines. I made this one with mulberry paper.

I made those for Valentine's Day (a bit late, I know) to give to all of my "friends" who bought Val-A-Grams (stupid fundraiser).

You can fill them with Hershey's Kisses and stuff.

Our school has things like that. We had "Ho Ho Ho Grams" for Christmas. Even though I celebrate Christmas, I felt that 2/3 of the school were being neglected. Why couldn't they have called them "Politically Correct Non-Specific Winter Holiday Grams"? Because that's a mouthful, stupid. Oh.

Wow. Ho Ho Ho Grams? Val-a-Grams could be....um. Hold on. If only I could think of something clever and disparaging. Sad

They're what, just Xeroxed pieces of paper? (The ones at my school are) People just give them as pranks or to "friends".
Scream.
Fundraisers bug me.
