I think creepy-cute is great!  I look forward to seeing everyone's personality in the dolls.

If I am sending out to 5 people, should I make all 5 of my dolls similar, or is it ok to make each one totally different (I have multiple crafting-personality disorder LOL)

Is it really inexpensive?! hmmm maybe it would be ok then! now i just have to choose between this and the "two things combined" swap.

oh decisions!

I think it's fine to do your dolls however you like.  You could treat them as a series and do all of them along a similar theme, or customize each to your partners' tastes, or make them all exactly alike, or do each one totally different according to your whim.  As long as everyone gets a doll, it's all good. I can't resist signing up for this- it looks so cool.
And I'm a Brit so that's another international bod- hope this doesn't make matching up the groups a total nightmare!
I've never seen these dolls before so it will be something new for me to try  Wink

Like my stuff? Why don't you come visit sometime?

I want in on the creepy-cute doll action! Or cute-cute is fine, too.

Gonna send my info in right now!

Science is crafty too.

Dot, the artist who does the dotees, seems to be having a hard time right now. http://dotslifeandart.blogspot.com/
lets send her some love.

also, when we are done, maybe we could send her photos of the dotees we made?
everyone goes through rough patches, but we should think good thoughts for her.
I've already started my dotees and am having a blast. too bad the inspiration for the swap is feeling so low right now.
Where is my mind?

Oh, I love this idea.  I've seen these on here before and I think they are so neat.

I sent in my info!  Can't wait to get started!  Smiley
