So, it is my 1st post on this board.
I got a sewing machine for christmas, I didn't get the chance to really use it until recently.
Last week-end I made a dress using a vintage pattern (late 60s) and this week-end I made long shorts using a pattern for pants and just cropping them.
Please forgive my uncombed hair and messy house.

I actually got married in it on Saturday. We just went to the courthouse with one witness but we are planning a bigger wedding for next spring (i'll make my dress fr that one too)

I love it.  I'm looking for a simple dress pattern almost exactly like that for my first project.  And that's the best shade of purple.
