I'm planning on joining this swap soon.  I just need a few free minutes to fill out the questionnaire.

I love Jim Henson though.  I grew up on Sesame Street and the Muppet Show and simply adored Labyrinth!  It's one of my wishes in life that if I ever had the money and time I would go back to school and become a puppeteer!  I've been dying to try and make a Muppet of my own, maybe this swap will finally make me do it! Smiley

One swap done, ahh, ahh, ahhhh!  Two swaps almost done, ahh, ahh, ahhhh!
Three swaps more, ahh, ahh, ahhhh! (Did I mention I love the Count Von Count!)

Successfully signed up for my first swap- how exciting!

things have moved on quite smoothly with a lot of really great things coming out since he passed.
I love that about Henson too.. true staying power.  He's had an incredible influence on pop culture that continues on in his name.  I also love how so much of his work bridges 'generation gaps' - is ageless and timeless.

Does Mirrormask count since it was brought out by the Jim Henson Company?

I bought my boyfriend the Muppets Season One and my parents got him season two for Xmas. We've spent many a night curled up on the sofa watching them.

I'll be signing up later today.

Can't wait to see the crafty goodness from this swap!  I'd sign up for it, but I'm already participating in two and that's a lot for me!   Grin

I loved MirrorMask - I think anything by Jim Henson company is fine! Like I was saying, I think that the company has stayed true and I love a lot of things that have come out since Jim Henson himself passed away.

I love that as a kid I laughed so hard at just puppets being puppets but once I grew up I laughed so hard at the jokes that I didn't understand before - Some jokes even shocked me as far as their content! Cheesy

MIRRORMASK

I absolutely loved that movie. No puppets, but the CG was off the hook!
