ohh myyy gosh! that is amazing, as I was reading your discription, I was thinking ohh nooo it cant work....but that is amazing! Its beautiful, I also love the colour, and the patterns in the cloth
I too am a little short of the old money at the moment, but I am going to look for table clothes in the charity shops (I am in UK)
I have a drawer of ill fitting table clothes all hand embroided (inheirited from a old great aunt), might have to have a peek and see if I can do something with them

YOU ROCK!!! i have a baddddd (or gooooood, depending on how you look at it) thrifting/re vamping old stuff into something new....i love what you did! my family has been giving me table cloths and lace for along time....now i have a whole new world of ideas as to what to create from them! i really like the idea for a cover over the bathing suit!  Grin
