The temari is just gorgeous.  I'll have to visit the website again to figure out how it is done after seeing the finished product.  I love the colors you used I would be thrilled if this became mine!  Well everyone's really, I've enjoyed this swap so much already.

Great job everyone.  I'll keep doing update pictures on mine.  Oh just FYI, yes these flowers are tiny, but quilling in general doesn't have to be so small.

That temari ball is extremely beautiful. What is it exactly? Like table decor? That is really amazing. Looks like it takes lots of patience. Is this your first one? Because if it is then you did an absolutely amazing job.

The temari is beautiful! The precision in the wraps is very impressive...

And, I'm excited about the quilling! I have all of the stuff (included a rather expensive paper fringer), but I have yet to try it. I'm sure that your finished piece will inspire!!

lindyv321- I'm too sleepy right now to type all about the temari so I'm being lazy and linking you to Wikipedia's article on it. lol It explains about them really well. ^__^ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Temari_%28toy%29

kaymadben- It's just to sit around and look pretty so it dosen't really have a useful purpose. lol It's really neat of you make several in different sizes and put them in a really big clear glass vase. <3 This is the 6th one that I have made so there are tons of mistakes compared to the temari masters. I really love it though. It's really relaxing. ^___^

I'm so happy everyone likes the temari! <3 Thank you for all the wonderful comments. ^____________^

Well, I ran out of pink paper and am waiting for more to be mailed to me, although I'm experimenting with other colors and sizes since I have to wait and I might just change.  I always have a hard time making up my mind...

I started on my tote on Tuesday, hoped to finish it, but then I messed up on a couple things and a thread broke in my serger so I had to have my mom come over and help me figure it out cuz I couldn't get it rethreaded Sad  Needless to say, that put a damper on my enthusiasm for making the bag....so I will re-try starting Sunday again and then continue when I am off on Tuesday again.  Now that I know what I messed up on, I should be able to get it together with no issues this next time Smiley  I will keep the mess-up for myself cuz I LOVE the fabric and I will be the only one to know where I screwed up!
