I started this bag quite awhile ago but didn't want to finish until the purse feet I ordered from ebay arrived. Well, I booked a sudden trip, and I'm leaving tomorrow. Due to some address confusion, the feet will not arrive in time; however, I'm taking the bag!

The famous tute:

FANTASTIC tute I used for the zippers:

Here's the bag:

I had a tute for the small zippered pouch, but I'm not sure where it is. I'll add it later, assuming I can locate it!

Inside zipper:

I also made a little organizer to keep track of my passport, itinerary, etc.:

There's a pocket that wraps around the back. And, yes, thank you! I did do an amazing job matching the fabric!

The inside:

I also added a hidden pocket for cash & such:

I'm extremely happy with the final results, and I would love to hear what you think!

Thanks!

***Oh! In case anyone is wondering, both fabrics are Alexander Henry. The bag is a thicker canvas type (ebay!!!) and the organizer is regular cotton I purchased at JoAnn's!***

Wow, nice bag & organizer - looks like you made it in time. Here's an idea for the feet (if it's not too late). I used the top part of a heavy duty snap - the smooth part was the feet & it just hammered in place. Another idea is to use flat metal buttons (plastic ones will break). I was going to use the buttons, but saw the snaps & used those instead (it was for a large messenger bag). Hope you have a nice trip.
