here is my new purse! I've not made on in a while, and I have been wanting to make this purse for so long, but i kept messing it up, Finally I got it right. What do you think?

and inside, no pockets, nothing fancy.

It's not my favorite style of purse, but I love the fabric you used!! and it looks really well done.  I like that there arent pockets, stuff always falls out of mine Smiley

I make these bags also but I put 2 handles one on each side of the bag and an elastic loop at top of band( rubber hair bands work great,just cut to size you need)and a big button just below the band.


I also do my lining a little different...to me it's easier but that's just me!
I sew the pocket to one lining piece on the right side,then sew the lining pieces together right sides together.Then I slip the finished lining down inside of the bag(before attaching the band).


However everyone is different,I like your bag and the fabric...great job!
