I dont understand why you can't join. The above rules say if you haven't been in a swap, you cannot sign up for more than one until you've successfully finished your first one.

So unless you signed up for another swap, you can do this one.

Yup, there's rules for participants and rules for organizers. As long as you've been a member for more than a month and have more than 15 posts, and don't participate in any other swaps until this one is done, you're good.

Thanks for your help guys, I guess that if I had read it better I would have realized that myself -I guess 2 hrs of sleep does that to you.
