SunFlowerSmiles - What can I say .... finishing up couple of swap angels... so one more was not much.  Since we can only send one thing.  Plus I have all kinds of stuff here....Hubby says I need my own building for my crap....LOL.  I tell him it is all important crap.

Panda...I will love it!  I am sooo sad, my idea was a failure....bummer.  But, onward and upward I say!!!   Oh and beads don't work....to let everyone know...at least not for me.  once it cools they pop off!  but the embossing is really cool!!!

Sunflower, maybe you could put just a drop of mod podge or other clear glue in the embossing and the bead would stay?

Well, I was feeling experimental the other day, so I had a go at making yoghurt pot shrinkies.



EPIC FAIL.

But I found a Poundland ceramic dish in the cupboard that I realised I could ruin without raising hell, and my fusion experiments were a success. The flatback rhinestones work really well! I had a go with accent beads (those little teensy round things that are halfway between seed beads and glitter) too, some fell off but most stayed put.

One of those will probably fall into Imagine's envelope, but I haven't decided which yet. So no pictures of those. I just wanted to share my disaster so you could all have a giggle.

SunflowerSmiles, I think if you find something to tap the beads with and gently push them into the melted plastic - a fork would probably do the job - they might stay better. Do it as soon as they come out of the oven, so don't use your fingers

I havent been able to get fusion down at all!  I have an idea of what I want to do but Im not sure how I want to go about it yet so Im trying all kinds of things!

I think the beads I used were too big...I think those little buggers probably would do the trick.  I pushed the beads down with my fingers (on the first round) and had embossing powder on the dink too and on the fingers it went and "Yeeeeeouuuuch!!!!"  uh.....don't do that girls.   I'm giving it a go again...hoping this time it'll work.  Think I'll do the glue thing though...just a dab L do ya!

Ah I can't wait to see them! 

I finally decided what I was gonna do (that crafty detective thread was VERY helpful!  ) Now I just have to know how to do it... hmmm....
