Yeah, I live in Sacramento and we don't have a lot of the craft stores found on the east coast I'll look for it online, though

In the US, if there's a Michael's craft store near you they usually have shrink plastic, as do the larger JoAnn stores.  Otherwise, try Lucky Squirrel Products -- online at http://luckysquirrel.com/products.html -- which makes "artist grade" polyshrink that comes in clear, translucent, white, and black.

Welp, kiddies sorry to change the even order of the swappers but I just signed meself up!  I love shrinky dinks and fusing them is a blast!!!  Hope I'm approved!

oooooh i just started fusing!  it's AMAZING!  makes the plastic so shiney and glass-like!  I am gong to do a few experiments this week!  my edges always curl up when i fuse though .

I've got a huge pile of shrinky scraps I want to try fusing with (knew there was a reason to keep them!). I just lack a suitable baking implement - I think we have a glass casserole dish but a) it's not very big and b) the boyfriend would kill me if I used it for melting stuff. I actually think I saw Pyrex dishes in Poundland last time I was in there but I ain't going today, it's chucking it down and I'm already soaked from the food shopping this morning

We'll see if I can get the hang of it before I try making anything for the swap that way though.

Can't wait, just bought some new shrink plastic, and I'm trying to hold back so I don't use it all up before we even get partners!

YAY!  I'm in!  oh fusing is soooo cool!!!!!!  I love the way it looks!  almost like glass!  I am so excited for this!  I wonder what the black looks like when fused?
