Hello All!!

I have been reading for a while and I have to say I am totally addicted I love what I see on here and I will definitely try some of the stuff at home. Anyway, I finally decided to post some of my own work.

I am getting married in a couple of months and I got this idea that I could do the wedding favors myself  Grin

They are little rosaries that can be used as bracelets for all the girls who will attend the wedding. I have to make 100  Shocked so far I have about half hahahaha I get distracted easily.

I am making them with pewter and coral beads in red and pinkish orange since the flowers I chose are gerbers.

I will place them on the tables and add a little tag with our names on them.

Thanks for looking!

Rosaries that can be used as bracelet?  Are you Catholic?  Cuz I know most Roman Catholics would frown upon that...but I haven't been one for a while so I may be wrong.

Sorry, also meant to include: they are really cute though.

I'm a pretty badly lapsed Catholic, but I counted the beads (10, plus the one) so that would qualify this as a single decade rosary.  I've never owned or used one like that, but I've seen them online.

Im Roman Catholic and my grandma brought back a bracelet just like that from Poland for me last summer. She visited some church while there.. Polish grandmas are VERY religious and ALL about tradition.

I must say.. yours are much prettier than mine [mine are just plastic, bleh]
congratulations and all the best for your future!

My friend who is in a poor claires monastery now used to have a rosary bracelet, so I'd agreee that catholics are ok with them. These are very pretty; I like the wire-wrapped look. And a good idea for wedding favors. What do the men get?

and use them for hanging in your car!)

Great ideas...
