hahaha yeah, theres supposed to be a massive tulle petticoat sewn into the skirt lining of the dress- I skipped it though because I figured it would be kinda impractical, and I could always wear a separate one if I really felt the need to have my skirt extend 3 feet on each side or something, lol.
