Well I got to go to hobby lobby yesterday and found some tulle that was on sale for .99cents a yard so I bought the brightest colors I could find and made some tutus and some matching head pieces. They came out really cute hope you like them.

They were really easy. You buy the tulle and some elastic and your good to go. Tkae the elastic measure out the childs waist and then cut the tulle into strips and tie it onto the elastic until it's full. Once it's full sew the ends together and your done.
