I never heard or thought about 'tinting' before.  Now, of course, I have to try it.  Thanks for posting the link, and for sharing your lovely lady embroidery.

Oh My Stars!  Kittykill!  She is just beautiful!  I am really blown away!  She's so different from things I've seen you make in the past and that's a good thing.. not that I didn't love everything in the past.. I got her from a book (the name escapes me. I'll have to look it up)-it's a whole book of vintage patterns.
