Here is the first one I've done. I used a Dreft ad. It had a nice baby blue background with a pink blanket laying down the center. I cut the strips 1/2 inch wide and used a 1/4 inch hole punch to make the holes. The loops don't quite make the same point, because they look thinner than yours, but here it is.

I've ALWAYS wondered how to make these...   I've even tried a few times and never even came close.  Thanks so much for the tutorial!

Awesome. I have made bows like this from ribbon, but this is just ridiculous, in a fantastic kinda way! Last Christmas I had a no ribbon no bow (self-imposed) mandate/challenge. This year? Lets just say I think my friends and family will be getting better aquatinted with my trash. Thanks for sharing the brilliance.

I stopped buying mags because I read them, and then I keep them because of an article, or picture, or because some day I'm gonna decopage something...or because I'm a hoarder (my bf says), and then i have a HUGE stack that I throw away because I get in these wierd cleaning/obessesive moods and I feel sooo guilty about throwing them away.....so I stopped buying them...my attempt at going green and lac of funds, but this almost gives me a reason to start buying them again.....in other words I LOVE IT Grin
