got an old pair of jeans you're just ITCHING to recon? JEAN-A-LONG ANYONE??

Hi everyone!

I just recently got a huge bag of random unwanted clothes from a friend's mother, including at least 5 pairs of ordinary stretch jeans in good enough condition....and i thought , hey I can make anything from them!!:)

So does anyone want to take part in a jean-a-long with me?simply get a pair of unwanted jeans(or two or three if needs be!:) )..and make something from them!! a dress, a halter top, a corset, a double-strapped pinafore...ANYTHING!!

JEAN-A-LONG anyone?

Oooh I want to join in! After an experience with colour stripper and my dark dark denim, I've got a load of bright blue denim. I wanted pale denim. Oh well, it was a learning experience
But I'm now planning a pinafore with two half legs...hopefully I've got enough fabric...

lol nope!! no rules! yay!

u cn make ANYTHING you want (well OK, as long as its made from jeans, but a fu added bits of other materials wont do any wrong either!:)).. as well as variations of the tute ill hopefully have posted in a day or two!:)

Oooh, I might be able to join in on this. I've been wanting to make a skirt or something with an old pair of jeans. Never done anything like that before though, so I dunno how it would turn out. But I guess I can use this as an excuse to try ^_^

Oh! I love recycling old jeans! And I just got a hole in the knee of my favourite pair. It must be a sign!

But what to make?

I've already done duster, embroidered skirt, and strange bodice thing...I guess it will depend upon how much more denim I can rustle up.

I think I need to do some serious sketching and scheming...
