I think green is probably my favourite colour. So sometimes I pick things up in sales that are green, but also pretty ugly. Like this sweater. Much work needed, I think!



Enlisting the help of an old polka dot top that was just never the right shape and a handful of mismatched vintage buttons, I gave it a bit of a makeover. Now it looks like this!







The stitching has wrinkled a bit cause the knit is REALLY stretchy, but I'm ok with it. Kind of adds to the effect, I think  Cheesy

I really love that keyhole effect you've got going on there.  Did you take it in at all?  It looks somewhat fitted on the dressform.  And I agree, the puckering adds to the cute factor. Smiley
