Yeah, the button band was just a loop of iCord.

Lol, someone should knit an iPod cosy out of iCord. But noone would get the joke.

I also left off the garter stitch border. Then, when I got to the bottom of the non-sleeves bit (Where they tell you to do garter stitch for a few rows) I picked up stitches the entire way around the jacket (Ummm, up one side to the top of the hood and then down the other) and knitted a few rows of 3x3 rib in the round. The corners at the bottom were made pointy by increasing twice at each corner in alternate rows. And I also ribbed the cuffs.

I should have done the ribbing in a smaller pair of needles, though.
