Is there a pattern online?  Or did you just wing it?

I've got a handful of vintage patterns up for trade/swap (1950s/60s): Monograms, embellished bags, men's robe, lace work, spats/bags, bell bottom, mod dress.  PM if interested.

Wow those are great sites!  A friend of mine gave me her pattern for it and I just tied mine as I wasn't machine quilting yet at that point.  They are pretty easy though as that was only the second thing I made after the baby quilts.

All I did was sew the squares together then all layers.  Once right side out I just took black yard and tied knots to hold everything in place.
