the dyed yarn is the yarn that i dyed in the pictures so she could get a first hand visual of the end result!!

the undyed is australian merino and dyes wonderfully! its uber soft too not scratchy at all!

Oh everything looks wonderful so far!   I can't wait to get back from vacationing and start on my embroidery kit....hmmm, that's probably not healthy to be impatient for your vacation to end huh? Tongue  I can't wait to see what everyone else comes up with. Smiley

My kit arrived Grin Grin  It is wonderful.  I got everything I need to learn how to knit. I got a book called Learn to Knit in Just One Day.  I forgot to put it the photos because it was sitting next to my chair ready to read.  Thank you nofury.  I plan on practicing tomorrow and will hopefully be able to post pictures of my new skills.  love2teach

Woot!  I received my awesome crochet how to box today!! Smiley  Crazy wazy is an awesome partner!! Smiley

Here it is all together (missing some of the awesome earthy cotton thread because I've already started using it! LOL



And it is missing the awesome headband she crocheted for me ... because I'm wearing it!



And here is the dishcloth I crocheted up tonight using her instructions!
