That's awesome! I bet your swamp partner absolutely loved it. Although, for science's sake, I know you said you picked them at random but shouldn't it just be two pairs? Like blue + red (or red+blue) and green+orange or whatever colors as the base pairs. Ehhh I don't know. It's been so long since I've had to do any of that stuff in school; I can't remember hah. In any case, it's a wonderful bracelet and I love it. I think maybe I love it even more than if it had the pairs. Maybe I'll try my hand at this beadweaving thing. I'm sure it won't turn out anywhere NEAR as great as yours though.

This is just fabulous! My roomate is graduating with a degree in biology this year. I think I'm going to have to try to make one for her. She will just love it.

that's wonderful!
I bought a silver bracelet which is a 4-spiral to mimic DNA at MoMA in NYC... but it's all silver, so yours is cooler. Wink

This is one of the most beautiful 'science is art' examples ever. I actually tried to make one, but I could not for the life of me find a needle small enough to go through all the beads...

I know I'm super late on commenting, but I came across this thread while looking for something to make my bestie as a bday present, and this is perfect.

Thanks for the tutorial  Grin
