This is my first post in the kids clothes. Yea me!
The sun decided to come out and play and make the temp go from the 50's to the 80's, so my daughter needed some summer jammies all of a sudden. I didn't want to go out and spend a bunch of money, so I dug into my Joann's and Walmart $2/yard fabric. I used less than a half yard on this nightie. Hooray for $1 jammies.
I based the pattern on this peasant top tutorial from Vegbee, just making it a bit longer:

It took less than an hour from cutting to finish. I have 3 more cut and ready to sew up tomorrow.

And now for the pics (Finally)!

What a cute idea for jammies (your dd is a cutie too)!  I'll have to make a couple for my daughters for those very hot nights.

Very cute!  I'm about to make a couple of sets of summer jammies for my son and one of my girls this week. I guess it's jammie season!   Smiley
