Wow! This is awesome. My husband saw it from across the room and said, "Honey, I need one of those! I don't care if it's a necklace and I'm a guy." Coming from him, that's a huge compliment. Smiley

I hope I can use yours for inspiration...

Thanks everyone! I forgot to tell you one part: When I saw the cool lamps in the Light Me Up challenge that were made from the plastic sheets inside keyboards, (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=244187.0, and http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=244126.0) I took apart my old broken one, and traced parts of it onto the shrink plastic to get the design for the head and body.  I added some lines here and there, but the basic design was from the keyboard stuff.

ROCKS!

Actually I just spent like $20 at the hardware store the other day getting stuff for my newfound crafting addiction.

That robot is TOO too cute.  And I think I like the chain maybe more than the robot, so that's saying something!

Great idea, great execution, great necklace!

Thanks! I like the chain better too, heh.  But I love both really. This is probably my favorite thing I've ever made.

I love it! It's pretty and nerdy and cute (all of my favorite things!) all at once!  Cheesy The shrinky dinks look excellent, and I LOVE the "gears!" The whole thing has a really good flow; well-balanced and all that.
