A friend asked me to make her a boy and girl set of dolls. She wanted them to have "flaws" since she would be using them as props in a married couples class. She plans to point out the flaws and say they love each other anyway. Well I knew they would have plenty of flaws without me even trying and I was right! This was the third time I have attempted this pattern. I love Inside a Black Apple (www.theblackapple.t ypepad.com) and saw this tutorial on the Martha Stewart website.

I am so new to sewing that even though this is so simple, I can't seem to get it right each time. I'm going to keep trying though. And my friend does love the dolls I made her!
