do you ladies have links to pics of handmade tarot cards?

i used to have a deck of tarot cards but they were pretty boring design wise. and i've moved like 4 times since and have no clue where to find them anymore

sorry i took afew days in responding this is a pic of the first tarot decki made. i just used a green for the card and then a white triple moon goddess symbol

Just sent in my info! I'm so excited. This is my second swap. *nances*

I'm an Asatru-ishy type of person. I joke that I've been a runic shamaness in training, for 14 years, since you keep learning new things each time you throw the stones. I make my own runes, sometimes painting wood, sometimes playing with sculpey. Depends on the urges I get. I've tried to use the tarot, but I always end up calling my mom to have her translate for me (she's a whiz at the cards, but stinks at runes).

I'm also fae otherkin, so shiney, sparkley things are ALWAYS welcome Cheesy

I have cast bones in the past. Do you know what the bones that should have come in your kit would have been made out of or what animal they were to come from?

Really looking forward to this beginning.

I keep trying to get my hubby to draw me a zombie tarot deck but he just keeps looking at me like I'm insane...Which I might possibly be. Smiley

so very glad to have so much excitement on this swap!

I am not sure about the bones, but I was thinking that most often they are the knuckle bones or spinal column bones of a larger herd animal like a bison or a horse - though if you have a totem animal such as a bear, that is sometimes what are used

I am thinking that teeth and claws are never used for tossing as they are used in other ways, nor are the larger bones of course...

I have heard of someone using an animal skull to store her trappings in (the bones she tossed, incense she used during a reading, spread cloth to toss them on, etc), but used the knuckle bones for tossing

I could be misinformed of course...
