I'm having a small Super Bowl party (GO EAGLES) on Sunday and am having a hard time figuring out what to serve.  Of course wings are the old stand by, but I'm looking for something differant and inexpensive, any ideas?Huh?

Try these Easy Chili Nachos:

Empty package of tortilla chips in a casserole dish. Add some warmed up chili con carne with beans ( I make the chili but you can use the canned stuff also). Sprinkle generously with grated cheese ( I use colby/monterrey jack) but you can use your favorite kind.

Put in the broiler till the cheese is melted.

It is easy to make, inexpensive and it tastes good.

On Sunday I'm serving baked ziti, meatballs with sauce, sub rolls (for meatball subs), tomato-basil-mozzarella skewers, brownies and some kind of chips/dip. My plan is to put the meatballs into the crock pot so they stay hot for muching all day. Cheap and easy--most of the food can be made ahead of time.

The name sounds icky, but it way good. You'll know why its called this after you see the finished product..lol

Dog Food

2 packages Phillie (get it?the eagles..lol) cream cheese **room temperature
1 can Hormel (or whatever you like) Chilli, w/o beans
1 package shredded chedder cheese
nacho chips
9"X9" square pan (if you dont have one, just use something around that size)

Smush the cream cheese on the bottom of the pan, coating the entire bottom.  Pour chilli on top, and top with chedder.   Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until chedder is melty.  Serve with nacho chips.

This is super easy to make, and everyone loves it.
