I got this dress...sorry no before pics. It was a typical granny dress...high scoop neck, short sleeves, no shape or style...but I loved the fabric.
I cut the top off, folded it inside, and top stitched it. Then I made straps and a ruffle from the excess. Since it is a knit, I didnt even hem the ruffle or the nightie.
