hippy pow wow dress and feathered head dress!

i took two nights sewing this for a party i'm going for tomorrow but i think it  is over done and too crazy to wear out so i will sew something else tonight and see how it goes.

on the other hand, i think it'll be great for halloween!ahahhahahahha!!what do you guys think?
the fringes were done with tie dyed t shirts cut up and then sewn on to the jean dress.
pretty easy to sew as i already had the pattern.but when i tried it on i realised it doesn't fit too well around the bust.or maybe just because i'm pretty flat chested.
sigh.

anyways i also did the feathered head dress...couldn't find a good tutorial so i just kind of...tried and tested...

i think it is not too crazy to wear out, if you wore a tight black t-shirt under it.

MAYBE the hat is a little too far out.... a simple indian-style headband is authenically hippy, too. (I should know --I was there.)

for some reason i find that really cute!hahahhahahah!!!
well i just finished sewing and stenciling another skirt so maybe i will go in the skirt instead.it still has that pow wow thing going on but it's a bit more...tame...

the fringes can be taken to new levels..you should cut up some fabric and put it somewhere nataluna!!

@adnalie, i think i will... i have a ton of old t-shirts i want to recon, was kinda thinking of a skirt anyway, and you may have given me the idea i needed to make something really fun.
