Yay!!  Got a package from maiziemama today!!  Woot!!

New fiber for my 'In Sheep's Clothing' (targhee & cormo!)  Wonderful!

I love natural colors and maiziemama sent me a nice variety of dark, dark brown, white and hand dyed batts.  And a beautiful handmade card to boot!

New additions to my stash:

The dark brown is a romney/ramboullet batt
The light oatmeal is targhee  (sitting on top of the targhee to the left of the romney/rambo) is a raw & washed lock of taghee for me to tape into my book.)
the white is cormo
and the beautiful hand dyed is also targhee.

I'll use these to spin my first yarns on my new Sonata (coming in later this week).  Hope my Traveller appreciates the rest from spinning for a while!!

Thank you so much maizie!

I am glad you liked everything mullerslanefarm!

Here's my loot!

Here's the three beautiful bumps of fiber together, plus some wonderful homemade milk soap:

and here are closeups of the three roving balls:

my fave orange and brown ( moorit shetland, merino, corriedale)

A wonderfully sparkly roving ( glitz, white, black, burgandy and red wools)

and a grey and colorful roving (bfl, merino, corriedale, soy silk etc):

THANKS SO MUCH Mullerslanefarm!!!

I can't wait to get to spinning!

Forgot to add that the red roving also contains silk, angelina and firestar.

I'm so glad you like them.  It sure was fun making them.
