LOL! That's a good idea! Maybe my son would actually pick up his underoos if I gave him a monster-sized skull bag.

For those interested in the pattern-- I don't know if I'll do a tut or not, as I'm thinking of maybe popping these into my Etsy store. But if I do, I'll totally post it here. It's really not too hard-- it's a bag, basically, with an opening in the front. I made mine by overlapping two sections, and leaving an area unsewn. Not too tough. Cheesy

Thanks again for all the awesome comments! I'd better quit reading or none of my hats'll fit!

That is so awesome.  I love the poignancy of a skull communicating an anti-consumerism (or pro-sustainability) message.  These bags are made out of dead dinosaurs.  They'll be hanging and blowing around long after we're just grinning skulls in the ground.

Nice job on the details! Very creative.

On a side note:  I have a mound of plastic bags nesting in my house.  Like a lot of people, I like to use them to pick up after my dogs. When we're all dead and some future people is excavating the ruins of our civilization, they'll find these wonderfully preserved poop nuggets.  What will they think of our civilization then?  That we had such a great reverence for our dogs that we wanted to enshrine their excrement?  Am I thinking about this too much?  Will the bag and its contents biodegrade before then?  Maybe I should switch to the degradable kind....

But anyway, yeah.  Awesome project!!
