I received some wonderful things in the mail today from Camelmama! Thank you so much, again. I loved everything.  Grin

First, a journal. Can you believe this is her FIRST journal to make? It's done so well! Click on small icon for inside look.

Then, some lavender lotion in this cute, corked bottle. The original bottle where the rest of the lotion resides is next to it. The bag it came in is lovely. It's Gowland. Cheesy With an explanation of the scene when Anne and her father are talking. I actually remembered as soon as I saw "Gowland."

Then a lovely bookmark to match the journal and some quills! Real quills she made herself out of feathers. She also sent me a pack of feathers in case I wanted to try making one myself. Smiley I had a slight scare when my cat tried to steal my quills. However, I won the scuffle, quills unharmed.

Then some paper cones from the Jane Austen era for holding flowers - nosegays. They also make great quill holders. Wink And, I put one on my doorknob to the bathroom. I think I'll add dried flowers to it, and it'll be a nice decoration for the door. The paper actually matches my bathroom colors.

Last, but not least, a scarf from some very lovely yarn:

She also sent me some other goodies not pictured here - a Seattle key chain, fruit leather, and a vegan energy bar! Which is so exciting because I can't find vegan anything where I am. Thanks, again, for everything. Smiley

Wow! That stuff is fantastic. I love every little (and big) thing!
Now I understand why glue was a problem. LOL!

Yay!  Oh I had such swap anxiety on this one.   I tried to pick an elegant fabric (it's green with white embroidery) for the journal, and then ran into that very elegant paper for the endpages too!  Fun fun.

Glue + Camelama = even the cat gets too scared to come into the living room

Heh.

Well, you won the battle over the glue because it was all wonderful.

Now, after this, I'm kind of worried about my own package! Hopefully, I didn't misinterpret the swap theme. Writing that sounds ominous, lol, but it's clear when you know what's in said package.

Well, it's getting closer. It was in Denver today. I'll check again.

I saw that too. Is it just me, or does Denver seem like a very roundabout way to get the package from my state to yours? As far as I know, CO is not in between our states!

I have been lurking this gallery since it started but I must comment now.   That necklace is GORGEOUS!!!  I am even more jealous I was not able to join in the swap now.

I also wanted to say everything I have seen so far it great.  I can't wait to see the rest of the packages!
