for the even bigger city of New York. Smiley

So who knew I had a whole other family in NY? I sure didn't. Well, not until last July. That's when I met my cousin Mary. She's the only family member that says Happy Birthday to me, my mom, and my little brother ON our birthdays. So I thought she deserved a little something special Grin

baby blue satin-type lining and ribbon

pardon the bruises. Roll Eyes

Everytime I make a bag I say it's my proudest one, because I get better and better. But I think this one beats all my past bags, and will beat the future ones. AND IT ONLY TOOK 3 HOURS(Making the pattern, ironing, cutting, sewing, more ironing.) AND it was my first bag with MATCHING(to the lining anyway) THREAD! (:
ps. the ribbon stuff really isn't crooked, it's just the way it hangs. Angry

Mkay thanks for looking! Grin

Ah, this is really cute! And I don't even really like purses all that much.

Also, we apparently live in the same city.

Thanks, she told my mom her favorite colors were black and blue. She's especially important, I didn't even know her before last summer, and she's closer to us then family that lives half an hour away. Smiley

I think it's satin, but it's a little stiffer then the satin I was taught to use.. but I'm pretty sure thats what it is. Roll Eyes
