Well, I just thought I'd post to tell everyone that at 3:40 this morning, I finished my baby blanket.

Here's a close-up of the pattern (sorry it's a little blurry):

And, here's a fullview. It's about two feet wide & three feet long so the baby will be able to use it for a while.

Hope you guys like it! I think I'm going to start a new one with a different pattern...

Sounds fun, I have alot of yarn including baby yarn laying around. Could use that so I can get rid of old and bring in new. LOL   Grin

thanks!  it was pretty easy to sew together, it's just a matter of lining up the stitches properly so the hexagons don't get pulled out of shape!

All the afghans are wonderful!  I'm glad this thread is still going, because I have 2 months to finish one for my unborn daughter and need motivation.  I will be doing some of the blocks, and my mom and grandma the others so we can all contribute.  We are using this pattern, except I am making the "body" parts in green to make a "frog-ghan" instead of a bearghan: http://yarncrazy.blogspot.com/2009/05/bearghan.html  I post some progress pics and also pics of previous afghans when I get home!
