I received today from BossSanders.  Prepare to be blown away by this awesome package.  Either she stalked me very well, or she's psychic.  Warning, there are lots of pics here.

First of all, this is what I saw when I opened the box.

...And pulled it out onto the table.

First item, some roses made from some kind of sheer fabric.  They have wires in them, so they can be attached to something.  Very cool.

Next, a photo of an old barn, which I adore.  It's in a magnetic frame, so I put it on my frig.

Then there are two paper dragonflies about the size of postcards.

Next, there was a homemade box and it contained a beaded dragonfly.  More awesomeness.

Then came some beaded bottlecap magnets.  Sorry for the blurry pic.  I don't know what happened there.

Next is a coffee can with paper artwork of three owls on a limb...

...And it contained a mobile made from the bottom of a bottle and some origami folded creatures.

Close up of the origami folds.

Then, there is a painting of a dragonfly.  I think this may be acrylic on canvas board, it's 7X9 inches and beautifully done.  I need to find a frame for this one, too.

And the last and best, a wall hanging made from paint sticks to look like pickets.  It has four small clothespins at the top for posting small notes, and two hooks at the bottom for hanging things on.  The background for the clothespins, the word dream and the two dragonflies are paper glued on.  I think this is the most fabulous gift.

She also included a huge cookie from her online store, and a bag of Hershey's cherry cordial kisses, which I promptly opened and devoured a half dozen.

This is a most awesome package.  Thanks Ashley.  You're amazing.

That dream picket fence thing is genius!! I may have to steal your idea pinokeeo since my hubby works for a paint company. I've always done stuff with his wallpaper books but never thought about the paint sticks!! By the way...your name is great!!

Yeah, it was pure genius, but it was BossSanders who came up with it.

I'm Pinokeeo because I try really hard to be a real person, just like the original Pinocchio.  Thanks for the comment.

Thanks.  I'm glad you liked it Smiley  I had a hard time figuring out what was what (sizes) as I'm generally fast-paced...but I also have a one year old.  So, some things went a lot faster and some things drew WAY out.  So, I'm happy you liked everything Smiley

AND, you should look behind the picture of the barn.  I sent you an extra picture...you know, in case you wanted to switch things up!

Oh...and the origami creatures...they're turtles!

Yeah, I found the other picture this morning.  I'll be adding it to the gallery shortly.

And I thought they were turtles, but I couldn't find them in my origami book.

Beautiful start to the gallery! The paint sticks are genius! (I didn't realize the size at first - how cool!)
Nice work Bosssanders!

Pinokeeo - I was going to ask you if you'd heard the song from the band Muse or Elefant that was Pinocchio-like but for the life of me I can't find that song. So, heard of it? LOL. (I think he says he is driftwood at the end?) Anyone? (ACK!)
