These are absolutely beautiful! I'm totally in love with bonnets. I think every baby girl should wear them.
Yours are beautiful. I need to have my own little girl so that I can keep some rather then giving them away to people who have never even seen one in use.
Thanks! I've always loved the image of babies in bonnets ... especially when they are so tiny! I didn't sew so much when my daughter was born so unfortunately she didn't get to use any ... snif ... but I have made larger versions of the dresses for her ... and she loves them!
So cute!  I'm sure the mama will be happy for those little matching bonnets!

Those are adorable!  Great job on them.  I'm sure your friend will simply love them!
I gave them to her on Saturday and she loved them! Yeah!
The first set is my favorite.  Could you tell us where you got the fabric?  Great job with the bonnets!
I have a lot of fabrics that I have "collected" over the years so the majority I bought quite awhile ago. For these I used some of my favorites ....
The first is a mix of Michael Miller's "farm kids" and Amy Butler's Freespirit "ginger bliss". The second dress is a mix of Alexander Henry's "i'm a girl" with Robert Kaufmans small flower print (sorry - no exact name for that one). And the last one is a mix of Michael Miller's "poodles" with Robert Kaufman's "little darlings" (the peach and brown tiny dots) Hope that helps!

Thanks to all who wrote positive comments!

I'm not happy, I'm cheerful. There's a difference.

Thanks! I love to mix fabrics that were not meant to go together but just work for some reason. My real inspiration for it is my daughter who always wore mismatched clothing (when she dressed herself) but it always seemed to work in a quirky and fun way. And she colors like that too! Just because a tree in real life is green doesn't mean that she can't color it every color of the rainbow in her picture ... although her first teacher in kindergarten didn't find it as amusing ... oh well.
