I've seen the tie skirts - and still want to make one, but this would work sooo much better for me!  What a fab idea!  Great job

*gasp* i love it! would you mind doing a tutorial? i found a bunch of ties my dad had recently (sadly he passed away four years ago) and am looking everywhere for a tutorial on how to make one of these bags! (but if you can't i understand...i'm a busy college student, i know how time is precious! Cheesy)
