I noticed your "To do" list and I highly recommend that you do:

the off the shoulder sweater...i have almost finished it...i just have to go see my "Queen Knitter" so she can help me put it together.
But so far mine looks really good and it was easy and it didn't take that long.  The colour i picked was:

Anyway, just thought i would let you know...i am going to see my "Queen Knitter" on March 24th to help me finish this sweater and a couple others (since i haven't learned yet how to "finish" sweaters).

I'm working on this pattern as well . . . .
My roommate saw it and fell in love with it.

Might I ask how you did the cap sleeves, juniperl13?

I was thinking about doing something similar.  I'll probably eventually do full lenth sleeves, but the back is done, and the front is nearly done - and if I did quick cap sleeves, she could wear it this weekend . . . .

holy smoke! that is beautiful!!!! Did the pattern call for that shaping? It didn't look as shapely in the pattern photo. Also, please post how you adjusted the pattern for the sleeves! I love it!

Well, I had to adjust it just to be the right size on me, and part of that was doing more decreases than it calls for around the waist and a few more increases at the top to acommodate my boobs. For the shoulder shaping I told the decrease directions to piss off and did increases every RS row instead. I did the same thing on the back so that it matches up with the placement of the increases on the front.



I should probably just take a picture, huh?
