ok recipe for monkey bread is supper versital because it can be made for 2 or for a crowd.
Here is the simple recipe I used for 4 single servings
today I used single serving sized flute pans (? I think they are called)
which was 5 biscuits in each pan.

2 cans small biscuits the 10 count roll
1-1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
3/4-1 cup butter or marg

Preheat oven to 350. lightly spray a pan (I like using a bundt pan and using 3 cans of biscuits)
mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
cut biscuits into 4ths and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
place into pan.  you can also  sprinkle raisins in if you like.
melt remaining cinnamon and sugar with margerine in sauce  pan until sugar is dissolved.  Pour evenly in and around pan. 
Bake for 20-40 minutes  on center rack or lower
when you take it out invert it onto a large cookie sheet  useing CAUTION the goo will burn!!
and we drizzle vanilla icing over the top too for that extra sugary sweetness that we really don't need!

Oh my!! I LOVE sticky buns (as my family refers to cinnamon buns with that ooey gooey goodness), but always find them so hard to make... I NEVER would have thought of using pre-made biscuit dough instead of doing all the work by hand.

You are my new hero... Now I need to find where to buy them things...

I made monkey bread two weeks ago and now I'm hankering for more!  Thanks for simplifying the recipe, though.  And cute idea making them single-serve.  I'm up and drooling over that monkey bread!  Thanks!
