I'm not obsessed. I'm excessively enthusiastic.

Hi guys! I finally decided to join Craftster after being a long time lurker, and I look forward to being around! I don't have many strong skills (except for maybe a bit of sculpting and doll making), so I'm looking forward to expanding my skills and learning a lot! I've just recently taught myself how to knit and I'm hoping to learn how to crochet!

Since I'm always making my birthday and Christmas presents (ah, the poor life of a student!), I'm definitely looking forward to doing some swaps. Favorite things are Doctor Who and anime, so my crafting often themes around that.

Looking forward to meeting some nice people! Thanks for reading!

Hi Atellix!  Welcome!

I think it's awesome that you make your own presents!  (I always love receiving something handmade by someone I know.)  Also, I had great fun in my first swap!

My DD and I have been talking about knitting my husband a Dr. Who scarf for his birthday in September, something in the season 12 - 17 range (Tom Baker is his Doctor).  We are trying to work out how we can both work on it and keep the gauge somewhat even!  (For the record, her knitting is both tighter and neater than mine, lol.)

Have fun and happy crafting!  Cheesy
