Now that my packages are in the post I'm afraid that my items aren't nearly as quirky as they probably should be. I had so many things that I wanted to make but didn't and now I'm wondering if I should have made the other things rather than what I did  Undecided

The worst part of swapping is waiting for your partner to get the package

Knickertwist, I've seen your work - you make AMAZING things.  I am sure your partner will LOVE what you craft for her!  Plus, the fact you're worried about it shows that you put a lot of thought and care into the swap.  Don't worry - it'll turn out great!  Cheesy

Exactly what she said!!  I think my items are more disturbing than quirky...but we'll see, it's all about the way we each interpreted the work "quirky".  This is going to be a blast seeing what everyone's done!!...and I'm quite sure I'm going to LOVE your package. Smiley

Awww, shucks and thanks.

I guess I'm just thinking that I could have made things much more 'quirky' than I did. I would have loved to make a package so bizzare that if it was opened by customs they would be saying "WTF?"

Ah well, too late now, they're in the post!

Knickertwist, swap anxiety is never fun, but I get it every time I swap...as do a lot of people on here. Putting all your energy into crafting for someone you don't really know and then waiting to hear if they like it can be tough on your nerves! I wouldn't change it though, I love the challenge of crafting in this way and I always seem to forget that I receive something back Cheesy

Like GrannysAnnie said, the caring about a package says it all. I'm sure everything you made will be wonderful!

Once again...Phizzychick said it better than I...I too get swap anxiety especially for this one because I really feel like my idea of "quirk" is a little different, but it's ok, I put a lot of time and energy into my package and I know you'll see that.  Smiley  All we can do is wait...and tackle the post man everytime I see him!  Smiley

Hurrah! It's here! It's here and full of quirky (and chocolately) goodness. The poor package had a bumpy ride so I'll some surgery before posting picks... Thanks again Platypus!
