Hello kiddies! It's been a looong while since I haven't posted any of my bags, because, well, I haven't made any. But I recently acquired a new (well old) sewing machine and have been postponing studying to bring you guys good goodies!

This one I used real canvas and a cool plaid fabric i got from an Old Navy skirt. And sequined it to the max! It's about 7-8 inches wide.

Little green here is much smaller. I was mostly trying some techniques out. It's green corduroy I found at a scrap bin in my school and a cute lining fabric I bought back home in Puerto Rico.

Hope you enjoy! (sorry for the big pics)

I love love love the first one especially!!  I like the irregular-shaped flap on it, and the sequins.  Sequins!

Clearly we share an admiration for hot pink and sparkly things. I love your bags. They are unlike anything you see on a typical store shelf. Generic is so not your kind of word. I'll drink to that... =)

I don't need a baby growing inside me for nine months. For one thing, there's morning sickness. If I'm going to feel nauseous and achy when I wake up, I want to achieve that state the old fashioned way: getting good and drunk the night before.

Aww thank you guys!

I had way lots more material during the Summer back home so I did more elaborate bags, but since I'm at college right now I'm reduced to limited supplies. Thanks to that I am addicted to sequins and taking scraps of fabric from bins!

katier- six months ago I would have never said "I love hot pink" but now I just can't get enough of it!

Your bags looks pretty stiff... How'd you do that?

hold me close tonight because tomorrow when I go out into the world, I want to remember a time when I was not alone.
