I've just started hosting with photobucket and wanted to mention I've had better luck when posting on explorer browser vs netscape or what have you. I could not get the tags to cut and paste here for the life of me when using netscape - thought I'd share.

www.fotki.com

unlimited space and unlimited bandwidth for $30 a year. I take lots of pictures and post them everywhere so for me it's worth the $30 a year to upload as many pictures as I want and to not have limited bandwidth. They're also really reliable, I've hosted pics there since October and haven't had a single problem yet.

I don't know if they have a policy against this or not, but it might be possible to get a few of people together, make a common sn and password and then have each person have thier own folder in the fotki account. Then it would only be a couple of bucks per person --- just an idea for anyone who doesn't want to shell out the whole 30 bucks.

I use boomspeed.com I've used it for years and the servers don't seem to be crowded (thus shorter download time)

to start a new topic, you must exit a thread and go to the main menu (it's over here, find the subheader you want to post under ("discuss future projects" for example) and then click the button that says "new topic" to create a new topic.
please please please please please please please no more scrolling text!

curvedspaces.com I use it and even have my own website through them. I've never had ANY problems with space and have about a million plus pictures on my site. There is an annoying popup however, but I got a blocker (endpopups.com) and don't ever see it. Hope this helps!
