Where Do You All Host Pictures?

I'd second, third, etc the reccomendation for www.flickr.com - their free service allows a good amount of uploads, and they have a really nice feature that allows you to click on 'all sizes' of an image, then select the url for the size you want to put into craftster.  I've also never had an image hosted with flickr show as bandwidth exceeded, unlike my experiences of other hosting sites.

It's also ad free, really easy to use, and doesn't limit the size of file you upload, though free users uploading large files will go through the monthly bandwidth limit.  It's about $30 USD for a year's subscription, and was worth every penny for me.  I adore it.

         When I use Picasa to auto-resize my photos for Flickr, I never even come close to hitting my monthly throughput limit.  I would like to upgrade to Flickr Pro at some point, but the free version works brilliantly.

You need to find a new host for your images. FIRST...check with your ISP. Many of them come with some webspace and you may be able to link from there! If not...
DO NOT use angelfire, angelcities, lycos, geocities, fortunecity, xoom or tripod, they do not allow remote linking. READ the TERMS OF USE for these providers before signing up to make double-sure they do allow remote linking.

I second this because it makes it REALLY easy to post thumbnails with links to photos.  Those of us with broadband need to remember to be considerate of those still using modems.  If you use ShellUploader (google it), you can easily upload a mass of pictures at once, and they'll give you the links, READY-MADE to paste into the forum, or in any other format you need (for your own site, emails, different forums, etc).  It's the best.

Flickr is great, but you have bandwidth limitations for one, and size limitations unless you get a Pro account.  (We are talking about free services, right?)   So for that reason, I think Imageshack is a better source for this sort of thing.

I've had problems with photobucket.  I don't know if it's the adblocking software I use, or what, but it's a really spotty service, IMO.
