Hey all,

I haven't posted many items here with pics, but I'm having trouble with Photobucket.  I had several pics on there, but a lot of them have disappeared and this isn't the first time either.  The funny thing is, the only pics that disappear are the ones that I post on here.  You can view them for a while, then they just disappear.  I have never gotten any message from photobucket saying that I have exceeded my limit or anything like that while I was uploading pics, so I don't get it.  I'm not understanding what's happening to my pics or why.  Can someone please help???

Have you checked their FAQ? I've used them for a long time and never had that trouble.

out of town until July 10th...I will respond to any messages then.

FAQ didn't really seem to cover it.

I use Ripway too.  Although I exceeded my daily transfer allowance yesterday, and my pic wouldn't load, and I nearly tore my hair out trying to figure out why!  :-(

And for those of you who want a digital camera -- count me in!  I take pictures of my creations with a regular camera, and then SCAN them in by hand, one at a time into iPhoto for doctoring.  It kinda sucks.....but oh well.

I discovered...

from some friends of mine in france, I blog there, of course, they site's all in french, but if you can navigate through it, they let you upload a picture with each blog you post, with no limit to the number of blogs per day, plus the pictures show up outside the site.

I personally have a domain.

Oh yeah...love the Photobucket.  Looks like a lot of other Craftsters do too!

Although it does resize my pictures automatically, if it decides they're too large...that's a bit obnoxious, but I would guess all other free services also resize, to stop people from uploading 5 mb pictures.  Grin
