So thanks to good ol' Uncle Sam, I can afford to get a new digital camera. I went with the Canon Powershot A590 IS and so far I love it. I've only had it a few hours and I'm stuck at work so I can't do a lot with it. Anyways, this is a photo I took with the lovely Macro setting.

Thanks and I'm sure to have many more photos soon. Smiley

Why is it that I can no longer buy anything that has a slight chance I could make it myself? Even if I don't know how to make it, or it's cheaper to buy...I can no longer buy it because "I could make that myself".

Beautiful colors and clarity! I have a PowerShot S3 and love it as well, though lately I can't seem to hold it still for photos . . .  I'm thinking about getting a tripod, but I hate how clunky they are!
